Job Description
Implement and enforce site-specific safety plans and OSHA compliance programs
Conduct daily site safety inspections, audits, and hazard assessments
Lead safety orientations, toolbox talks, and ongoing training for site personnel
Monitor subcontractor compliance with all safety regulations and standards
Investigate incidents, near-misses, and safety violations; implement corrective actions
Maintain all required safety documentation, reports, and logs
Collaborate with Superintendents and Project Managers to proactively address safety concerns
Ensure proper use of PPE and safety equipment across the job site

The Successful Applicant
4+ years of experience in construction safety (commercial projects preferred)
Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and regulations
Experience conducting site audits, incident investigations, and safety training
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to influence field teams and enforce safety standards effectively
