Job Title : Site Reliability Engineer

Job Description :


  • Support end-to-end transaction lifecycle management, ensuring secure tokenization, routing, and processing of digital payment transactions across multiple systems.
  • Ensure high system availability (99.9%+) by proactively monitoring applications using tools like Dynatrace and Splunk, identifying performance bottlenecks, and resolving incidents in real time.
  • Play a key role in production support, handling critical incidents, performing root cause analysis, and implementing preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
  • Automated deployment and release processes using CI/CD pipelines, reducing manual effort and improving deployment efficiency and consistency.
  • Work extensively with cloud platforms like Pivotal Cloud Foundry - PCF to deploy, manage, and scale microservices in a containerized environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery and support of new features and enhancements.
  • Implemente log analysis and monitoring strategies using Splunk and Dynatrace to gain deep insights into system behavior and transaction flows.
  • Improve operational efficiency by automating repetitive support tasks using scripting Shell/Python, reducing incident resolution time.
  • Participate in change management and release planning, ensuring smooth rollouts with minimal disruption to live transaction processing.
  • Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards by supporting tokenization, encryption, and secure data handling mechanisms.
  • Analyze transaction failures and system anomalies to optimize performance and throughput across distributed systems.


Education Requirement:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems Information Technology, a closely related field, or a combination of education and experience equating to the U.S. equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree in one of the aforementioned subjects.
