This role owns end-to-end site performance, acting as the senior leader across operations, production, quality, and support functions. It combines strategic planning with a strong floor presence to improve efficiency, safety, and financial outcomes while guiding teams through transformation.

Description
- Lead all manufacturing site operations with full responsibility for performance and execution
- Serve as the primary site leader and point of contact with senior leadership
- Oversee production, engineering, maintenance, quality, finance, and administrative functions
- Drive operational efficiency, cost reduction, and asset utilization initiatives
- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently met
- Manage budgets, staffing plans, and resource allocation
- Champion continuous improvement and cross‑functional collaboration
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant manufacturing environment
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline, or equivalent manufacturing experience
- Extensive experience leading manufacturing plant operations
- Previous P&L responsiblity
- Proven ability to manage multi‑disciplinary teams in an industrial environment
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and maintenance practices
- Solid understanding of safety regulations and quality systems
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Hands‑on leadership style with the ability to troubleshoot on the floor
