Step Into a Day in the Field

Sunup in Southeast Michigan: you’ve checked the multi-project schedule, confirmed today’s inspections with city officials, and lined up deliveries so crews can hit the ground running. By mid-morning you’re walking a multifamily site, coaching subcontractors, capturing notes in your construction management app, and resolving a punch-list item yourself to keep momentum. After lunch, you’re reviewing drawings, comparing bids from two vendors, and negotiating pricing that protects quality and the budget. You finish the day ensuring each site is clean, safe, and on track—because you own the outcome.

    Who We Are

We’re a fast-growing, full-service real estate developer, builder, and property manager operating throughout Southeast Michigan. Our portfolio spans residential, multifamily, commercial, and tenant improvements. We’re serious about accountability, hard work, and a team-first mindset—and we’re building leaders from within. If you’re aiming for a long-term home with a clear path to leadership, you’ll fit right in.

    The Role

We’re hiring a hands-on Project Manager/Field Coordinator who thrives both in the office and on active jobsites. You’ll combine strategic project coordination with on-site leadership to deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.

    What You’ll Lead

    • Multi-project scheduling: Build and maintain comprehensive timelines across residential, commercial, and multifamily jobs.
    • Field execution: Orchestrate subcontractor activities, coordinate municipal inspections, align deliveries, and uphold clean, orderly, and safe sites.
    • Documentation excellence: Keep meticulous daily logs, punch lists, RFIs, change orders, and records using construction management software.
    • Estimating & procurement: Review plans and scopes, solicit and compare competitive bids, coordinate with suppliers, and source cost-effective materials without compromising quality.
    • Lead by example: Jump in when needed—install basic hardware, handle minor touch-ups, move materials, or close out simple punch-list tasks to protect the schedule.

    What You Bring

    • Industry experience: Proven background in construction project management or field supervision across residential, multifamily, commercial, or tenant improvement work.
    • Tech fluency: Proficiency with construction PM software; experience with Contractor Foreman is a strong plus. Familiarity with Buildertrend, Procore, or Autodesk Construction Cloud is valuable.
    • Operational strengths: Elite organization, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to juggle priorities in a fast-moving environment.
    • Communication: Clear, professional interaction with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and municipal authorities.
    • Owner’s mindset: Self-starter with deep project ownership and a belief that any task worth doing is worth doing together.

    Compensation & Benefits

    • Retirement: 401(k) with a 3% company match
    • Health: Company covers 50% of the employee premium
    • Transportation: Company vehicle, vehicle allowance, or mileage reimbursement
    • PTO: Paid vacation and company-observed holidays
    • Growth: Rapid, tangible advancement opportunities into leadership within a scaling company

If you’re energized by building schedules and buildings—and you’re just as comfortable in steel-toe boots as you are in a project dashboard—we’d like to meet you.
