Summit Medical Group at KPA Weisgarber is recruiting a Site Manager to manage the daily operations for the site. The successful candidate will have strong business acumen and practice management experience. The Site Manager will run the practice in accordance with the policies and procedures set forth by Summit Medical Group.

Example of Duties:

Human Resources & Leadership

  • Lead recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and ongoing staff development in coordination with supervisors.
  • Oversee performance management, including evaluations, coaching, promotions, and disciplinary actions.
  • Resolve staff conflicts independently while maintaining strong professional relationships.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll/attendance submissions and partner with HR/Payroll on corrections.
  • Monitor staffing levels, productivity, and FTE metrics; recommend adjustments as needed.
  • Maintain cross-training across all roles to ensure smooth, efficient operations.

Operations Management

  • Oversee daily office operations including scheduling, charge entry, patient flow, and medical records.
  • Identify operational issues, implement process improvements, and collaborate with Operations, HR, Accounting, and other SMG departments.
  • Manage patient complaints and monitor trends to ensure service excellence.
  • Ensure compliance and effective functioning within Ancillary/Lab areas and partner with Credentialing on timely provider documentation.
  • Serve as a primary liaison for site physicians-communicating updates, supporting concerns, and coordinating meetings.
  • Oversee facility needs, maintenance, and lease coordination.
  • Contribute to strategic planning, including staffing models, provider recruitment needs, and workflow optimization.

Business & Financial Oversight

  • Assist with site budget development and monitor monthly variances; present trends and recommendations to physicians and leadership.
  • Maintain strong internal controls, including cash handling, deposits, and petty cash reconciliation.
  • Manage accounts payable processing and review key financial reports for trends or risks.
  • Oversee appointment reconciliation and ensure proper charge capture.

Revenue Cycle & A/R Management

  • Supervise provider scheduling to optimize productivity and ensure accurate patient registration.
  • Oversee timely, accurate charge entry and ensure staff are cross-trained to support volume needs.
  • Monitor collections, co-pays, and outstanding balances; evaluate A/R trends and collaborate with Central A/R on issues.
  • Ensure timely processing of action forms and provider reviews to support clean claims and accurate collections.

Compliance & Regulatory Oversight

  • Serve as the site's Compliance Representative, ensuring education and adherence to the Corporate Compliance Program.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, CLIA, CMS, FMLA, ADA, and all applicable state/federal regulations.
  • Facilitate internal chart audits and ensure audit findings are incorporated into improved documentation and coding practices.

Education: A High School diploma or equivalent is required. An Associate or Bachelor degree in Health or Business Administration is preferred, CMPE certification preferred.

Experience: Two years of office management experience, including one year in a health care organization.
