Site Manager - Semiconductor (Automation Machinery Experience is Must)

Qualifications for Site Manager:

• Associates degree (AS) in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with 3-5 years of semiconductor automation experience
• Ability to travel more than 80% and remain at site for extended periods (travels may include overseas sites)
• Familiarity with more than one set of the following pieces of equipment operation and maintenance: Stocker, conveyors, AGV's and/or OHT systems
• Clean criminal and driver's license
• This position includes manufacturing and warehousing/office work environment.
• While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, lift in excess of 25 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts/equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear.
• You may also be required to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision.

Duties for Site Manager:

• Lead machine installation projects on the semiconductor industry
• Plan, initiate, and manage projects, with a scope typically larger than 50 team members
  Perform as an Area Manager
• Collaborate with other site managers/Installation coordinators on larger scale/complex projects
• Lead other site managers/Installation coordinators on larger scale/complex projects
• Create and provide site safety procedures
• Coordinate and direct installation resource plans at site to meet project requirements
• Liaison with customer for all installation related activities. Manage communication with project stakeholders
• Complete and distribute project installation reports
• Other duties are assigned by upper management teams
