Site Manager

Our client, a leading organization in commercial real estate management, is seeking a Site Manager 5 - to join their team. As a Site Manager 5 - , you will be part of the Facilities Management department supporting multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Site Manager 5

Location: St. Petersburg, FL

What's the Job?

• Manage operations across 25 locations, ensuring smooth facility functions and maintenance.
• Build and maintain working relationships with property managers and landlords.
• Coordinate and oversee facilities projects, identifying root causes of issues and implementing solutions.
• Utilize Corrigo CMMS for maintenance management and reporting.
• Travel by car between locations, with expenses reimbursed, to ensure operational excellence.

What's Needed?

• Proven experience in facilities management or engineering background.
• Strong management and leadership skills, with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office programs and CMMS systems such as Corrigo.
• Ability to manage multiple locations and coordinate with vendors and contractors effectively.
