    Location: Columbus, OH
    Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm

As a Site Manager, you'll lead a dedicated team that creates meaningful experiences while ensuring high-quality, person-centered services. Through your leadership, you'll help individuals build independence, achieve their goals, and live fuller, more connected lives. Here's how you'll make an impact:

    • Lead exceptional Adult Day Services by overseeing daily center-based and community-based operations that deliver engaging, meaningful, and person-centered experiences.
    • Inspire and develop your team by coaching, mentoring, and supporting Assistant Site Managers, Participant Engagement Specialists, and Direct Support Professionals while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
    • Champion person-centered outcomes by ensuring services align with Individual Service Plans (ISPs) and empowering individuals to build independence, self-advocacy, employment readiness, and community connections.
    • Drive program excellence by monitoring participation, engagement, satisfaction, and outcomes while continuously improving programs to meet DODD expectations and organizational goals.
    • Build meaningful partnerships with individuals served, families, guardians, community organizations, employers, and internal teams to expand opportunities and strengthen services.
    • Lead operational success by managing staffing, scheduling, budgets, program resources, facilities, and daily operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality services.
    • Recruit and grow great talent by hiring, developing, and recognizing team members while creating an engaged, high-performing workplace culture.
    • Promote quality and compliance by ensuring services meet CMS, DODD, OOD, and CARF standards and maintaining a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
    • Advocate for the people we serve by participating in ISP meetings, supporting individual goals, and ensuring services help people achieve meaningful outcomes.
    • Create lasting impact every day by leading a team that empowers individuals with developmental disabilities to thrive through greater independence, inclusion, and community engagement.

    What Makes You a Great Fit:

    • Strong leadership skills with experience coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
    • Ability to make sound decisions, solve problems, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
    • Experience managing program operations, quality improvement initiatives, and organizational change.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships across diverse groups.
    • Experience working with DODD regulations; familiarity with CMS, OOD, and CARF standards is preferred.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and technology used to support daily operations.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA requirements.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university (or 4 years equivalent experience).
    • Two years of direct experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, which includes experience in the administration of Adult Services programs.
    • Three to five years of management experience with operational accountability
    • Must submit to a BCII/FBI background check and Nurses Aid & Abuser Registry checks.
    • Valid State of Ohio Driver's License and insurability standards.
    • Must pass a drug screen
