Site Manager

Location: Brooklyn   On-Site!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Mon-Fri

Position Summary:

The Site Manager oversees daily operations at CLIENT, ensuring efficient workflows, high-quality patient care, and effective staff performance. This role is responsible for optimizing patient flow, supervising staff, and supporting operational excellence across clinical and administrative functions.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily clinic operations, including medical and specialty services
  • Supervise front desk and support staff; ensure accountability and performance standards
  • Manage patient flow, scheduling templates, walk-in capacity, and same-day access
  • Monitor operations and resolve issues in real time
  • Ensure compliance with health center policies, FQHC regulations, and HRSA requirements
  • Collect and analyze operational data to support quality improvement
  • Address patient concerns and escalate when needed
  • Conduct coaching, evaluations, and disciplinary actions
  • Maintain staffing levels and operational coverage
  • Promote patient satisfaction and service excellence
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support patient engagement initiatives
  • Support other sites and special projects as needed


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor???s degree in Health Administration, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of supervisory/management experience in an FQHC or similar healthcare setting
  • Strong understanding of FQHC/HRSA requirements
  • Experience improving workflows and operational performance
  • Proficiency with EHR systems (eClinicalWorks preferred) and Microsoft Office
  • Strong leadership, communication, and emotional intelligence skills
  • Ability to work with diverse populations

Schedule: May require occasional evenings or weekends based on operational needs
