The Opportunity
The Site Manager is the on-site leader responsible for coordinating and overseeing field installation activities for Thermo Systems projects. Partnering closely with the assigned Project Manager, the Site Manager drives safe, high-quality installation execution and monitors schedule progress at the job site—ensuring work is performed to plan, issues are surfaced early, and changes are controlled.
This role serves as Thermo Systems’ site liaison with customer representatives, general contractors, and third-party trades (including electrical subcontractors). The Site Manager ensures installation drawing version control, supports change order development, and maintains daily field coordination with Thermo Systems Engineering and internal/external field resources.
