Site Manager 5

Our client, a leading provider of building maintenance and technical services, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Site Manager 5 to join their team. As a Site Manager 5, you will be an integral part of the Facilities Operations Department supporting maintenance and technical teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Columbus,OH

Pay Range: $40 - $43/hr

What's the Job?

• Oversee and coordinate maintenance operations across assigned facilities to ensure optimal performance and compliance.
• Support and mentor technical staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
• Conduct regular quality assurance inspections to maintain high standards of service delivery.
• Manage inventory and ensure regulatory compliance related to refrigerants and other mechanical systems.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations, providing effective technical solutions to minimize downtime.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 6 years of technical and supervisory experience in building engineering or related fields.
• Strong technical background in HVAC/R systems, especially rack refrigeration.
• Valid driver's license for travel between client sites.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and facility management systems such as Corrigo.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
