The Site IE Data Engineer partners with site teams to develop and execute FI activities aimed at enhancing performance through improved data management. They handle all site performance KPI reporting, benchmarks, and serve as the primary contact for data reporting systems and tool implementation. Responsible for ensuring data integrity, they manage data quality, validation, cleansing, and adherence to calculation standards.
Required qualifications include 2-3 years of manufacturing site experience, a relevant engineering degree, knowledge of MSE (TPM) FI tools, Power BI, RCLMS, and strong communication and data skills. Travel (~25%) is necessary. Preferred skills include experience in team environments, problem-solving certifications (Six Sigma), advanced Excel, and project management.
Main responsibilities involve supporting digital solutions, providing training, supporting continuous improvement, managing local data standards, and generating performance reports such as TRS/OEE, line speeds, and MTBF/MTBR metrics. The role requires collaboration with site, regional, and global teams, with a focus on data quality and reporting accuracy.
