Additional Information About the Role

The North Site Coordinator is responsible for supporting daily operations at the BJC North Behavioral Health Facility while providing administrative, safety, facilities, and fleet management support across multiple site locations.

  • Shift information: Monday - Friday. 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Occasional early start times (up to one hour earlier) may be required to accommodate vendor access and site support activities.
  • Team Dynamic: Expected to maintain positive, professional, and respectful interactions with all employees, clients, vendors, visitors, and other individuals conducting business at the Behavioral Health Site locations. This position works closely with other Site Coordinators, Supervisors, Managers, Directors, and Site Staff to ensure operational excellence and a safe working environment.
  • Location: BJC Behavioral Health Facility located on Graham Road, Florissant, Missouri
  • Ideal Skill Set: Great communication, excellent customer service, organizational skills, and the ability to effectively coordinate with staff, vendors, clients, and leadership.
  • Job responsibilities: Provide operational support for the Florissant site and other sites as needed, travel to other locations, including Farmington, Missouri, when required, conduct daily site walkthroughs and inspections, monitor and maintain PPE inventory, respond to facility requests and submit maintenance work orders, order and track office and facility supplies, manage company vehicles, coordinate room scheduling and space utilization for special projects and events, support new employee orientation, serve as the sites Safety Liaison, and perform additional duties as assigned.

Overview

BJC Behavioral Health is a community health center that provides and coordinates behavioral health services for more than 8,000 seriously mentally ill adults and seriously emotionally disturbed children in St. Louis City, St. Louis County, St. François, Iron and Washington counties. As an Administrative Agent of the Missouri Department of Mental Health (DMH), BJC Behavioral Health serves as a major point of entry for people eligible for mental health services funded by DMH and is responsible for serving as gatekeeper to the public mental health system.

Role Purpose

Using independent judgment and critical thinking, provide a variety of essential support services that are required for the efficient overall operation of the site and provide direct secretarial support to the Site Manager.

Responsibilities

Manage all telephone calls, correspondence, memos, minutes, reports, and schedules.Inputs data and generates reports on productivity, adult and children wraparound fund requests, and educational leave requests.Initiates repair orders for building office equipment. Orders, tracks, and distributes supplies for the site.Ensure expenditures are coded, copied and submitted for payment.Input staff timesheets into timekeeping system.
