Position:

SITE COORDINATOR - Falcon Care/ECE Annex

Woodland Elementary School - Falcon Care ECE Annex

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree; plus 2 years' experience working with children. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Must be available Monday-Friday; 7 a.m.-9 a.m.
• CPR, First Aid, AED certifications, and Bloodborne Pathogens training required.
• Previous experience working with children in a developmental setting required.
• Ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibility:

• Reports directly to the Program Director.
• Supervise daily operations such as staffing, scheduling, student problems, and parent problems at the site.
• Plan, organize and implement age-appropriate/developmentally appropriate program activities.
• Always oversee the safety and whereabouts of the children in the group, providing a safe, interactive program.
• Actively interact with all children to encourage development and involvement in activities.
• Model appropriate positive guidance techniques that include redirection, positive reinforcement of children's efforts, and anticipation of elimination of potential problems.
• Maintain a professional relationship with parents through regular communication. Participate in the maintenance of the facility to ensure it is always clean. Including but not limited to wiping tables, picking up trash, cleaning up spills, cleaning toys and supplies, sweeping after meals or art activities, ensure clean bathrooms.

Availability:

Immediately through June 30, 2026

5.5 hours/day

7:00am 9:00am and 3:00am 6:30pm
