Required Qualifications and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent extensive experience will be considered.
Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of construction management experience, with at least 3 years directly managing site activities for high-ppurity utility systems or chemical delivery infrastructure.
Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of construction practices, P&IDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams), construction drawings, and specifications for fluid handling systems.
Communication: Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills to manage a diverse team of site personnel and interface effectively with the client.
Preferred Qualifications
Industry Experience (Highly Preferred): Significant experience in the semiconductor manufacturing (FAB) industry, specifically managing the construction or installation of CDS, Slurry, and Gas systems in Class 100/1000 cleanroom environments.
Piping Systems: Expertise in orbital welding and heat fusion techniques for high-purity plastic piping (e.g., PVDF, PFA, ECTFE).
Language: English and Chinese speaking will be a plus.
