The Site Behavior Support Technician bridges the gap between RBT-level service delivery and BCBA clinical oversight by serving as the primary on-site behavioral resource, acting as a liaison between telehealth BCBAs and on-site RBT teams, and providing immediate responsiveness to clinical situations that arise during service delivery.
