Simulator Instructor for approved New Hire Upgrade and Recurrent training programs.
Essential Functions:
Have enthusiasm and passion for teaching. Possess a high level of knowledge of aircraft systems and procedures. Ability to recognize, identify, and correct student deficiencies. Display a high level of professionalism in appearance and demeanor. Have thorough knowledge of the GOM CFM FOTM and company training materials. Timely completion of student training records. Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager of Standards and Training or Director of Training.
