TO SUCCEED YOU WILL NEED
• To be 18 years old • To have reliable personal transportation • To hold a valid Washington State drivers license and auto insurance • Be willing to become certified as a home care worker within a set amount of time • Be able to satisfactorily pass a criminal history and reference check • We would prefer experience as a caregiver or in a similar role • A high school diploma, GED, or a foreign equivalent • A compassionate demeanor and excellent communication skills
