Job Title:  Silicon Validation Engineer 3
Location:  Hillsboro , OR
Salary Range:  $65/hr to $75/hr on W2 

Introduction

Join our team as a Silicon Validation Engineer and work on the state-of-the-art Compute SoC which powers Cloud infrastructure. This role requires a highly skilled engineer who can work onsite in Hillsboro, OR, and is passionate about silicon validation and debugging.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in silicon validation, testing, or debugging.
• Engineering-level knowledge in PCIe, CXL, IO, End Points (network, storage), and debug.
• Experience with electrical: Serdes, IO knowledge.
• Understanding of board level schematics.
• Some knowledge of Verilog.
• Overall silicon validation knowledge.
• Proficient in scripting languages such as Python and C.
• Experience with hardware and software debug tools such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, JTAG, BERT, etc.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Understanding of board level schematics.
• Some knowledge of Verilog.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Develop and execute validation test plans for various SoC features and subsystems.
• Perform functional, stress, and performance testing using hardware and software tools.
• Analyze test results and identify, isolate, and debug issues.
