The Role

Youll be at the heart of our operations, taking designs from the screen to reality. You will prepare substrates, operate printing equipment, and perform finishing tasks to ensure every sign meets our high standards. Youll work alongside our existing production team and coordinate with design and sales to get jobs done right.

Duties Include:

• Follow a layout to place computer-cut vinyl or full-color graphic image(s) on a predetermined substrate or medium.
• Prepare substrates for vinyl application to include cutting, painting, laminating, cleaning, etc.
• Weed excess vinyl from computer-cut images.
• Operate and maintain printer(s) and cutters.
• Perform quality assurance measures pre- and post-production by accurately reading Work Orders and proofing for errors.
• Perform finishing operations such as laminating and/or mounting of printed pieces.
• Report inventory levels and stock to be reordered.
• Clean and maintain storage areas.
• Assist with field installations as needed.

Ideal Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in sign production preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time (4 hours or more).
• Ability to lift 50 or more pounds.
• Flexibility to lean over tables and use hand motions for vinyl application.
• Ability to work under pressure to output high volume, high-quality work.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools for light assembly and sign structure construction.
• Ability and availability to assist with field installations as needed.

• $15 to $20 per hour, depending on experience.

Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
