Position: Sign Production Layout Technician
Job Level: Entry to Middle Level
Location: 60 Trade Rd. (with potential for other locations)
Job Type: Full-time or Part-time, Non-Exempt

About the Role:
As a Sign Production Technician, you will play a crucial role in our team, contributing to various aspects of sign production and technical tasks. This is not a remote position and does not involve traditional graphic design tasks. Instead, you will be involved in:
- Technical drawing for production set up following organization Standards.
- Assisting with design, concept development, and setting up proofs.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production and installation material selection as it relates to production set up and Design.
- Quality Control related.
- Assist Developing and executing production layout standards.
- Interact with Clients
- Assist with production or installation as needed.
- Continuously learning new technologies, skills, and techniques to enhance your sign-making expertise.
- Using our time tracking software daily to manage tasks efficiently.
- Assisting in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the manufacturing/production
- Adhering to procedures and policies across all companies.
- Taking on other projects and jobs as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Highly detail-oriented and organized.
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator or CAD design software.
- Strong understanding and comfort with dimensions and measurements.
- Proficiency in converting between imperial and metric measurements, including decimals and fractions.
- Excellent communication and managerial skills.
- Ability to embrace and encourage team spirit and uphold our Customer Service Philosophy.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information accurately.
- Must pass a reference check for credibility and a background check.
- Proven track record of winning, closing deals, and leading a department.
- Energetic, expressive, and pleasant personality.
- Solid computer skills with the ability to learn sign-making techniques.
