QUALIFICATIONS

Must have valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License; CDL is preferable but, not needed
Must be able to pass a DOT Physical (REQUIRED)
1-2 years of related experience/training
Experience with basic construction work or sign installation
Enrollment or certification in a two-year college or technical school
Or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Basic electrical/wiring knowledge
Ability to climb and work from a ladder consistently required
Ability to lift heavy items up to 60 lbs. consistently required
Have experience with Vinyl Application on various surfaces

RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify, prepare, load, & unload various materials, signs, & equipment for installation
Safely transport materials & equipment to installation sites with company vehicles
Prepare worksite by removing previous signage & preparing surfaces when applicable
Install signs in the field according to their drawing specifications
Operating machinery & tools involved in digging holes for signposts & foundations
Perform basic electrical work; such as pre-wiring signs for electrical connection
Take proper care of company equipment &, are to keep work areas clean /organized
Provide a great level of attention to detail & focus on the given task
Work with team members to maximize productivity & efficiency
Work sufficiently in a solo setting when needed
Work on scaffolding, platforms, scissor lifts, ladders, & bucket /crane trucks (heights up to 85’)
Manually lift raw materials & final products for shipment /installation (up to 60 lbs.)
Ensure quality work is done safely & meets standards by following all rules & policies
