Signcom Inc., a full-service sign company based in Columbus’ Franklinton Arts District, is hiring reliable, skilled team members to support installation and production work. We’re looking for people who can handle both fieldwork and detailed shop tasks, with a strong emphasis on high-pressure vinyl (HPV) installations and technical site surveys.

Role Overview
This position supports both installation and vinyl application work, with time split between job sites and the shop.
Key Responsibilities
Install and service wall signs, ground signs, and projecting signs
Perform high-pressure vinyl (HPV) installations on a variety of surfaces
Conduct accurate technical surveys, including field measurements, site conditions, and documentation
Interact professionally with customers, contractors, and team members
Follow safety standards and meet quality/code requirements
Qualifications
Valid driver’s license with a clean record
Ability to work outdoors and at heights when needed
Detail-oriented, especially for vinyl application and site measurement
Strong work ethic and reliability
Experience with crane, bucket truck, or CDL is a plus
Prior sign industry experience preferred, but not required
Schedule
Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend work during busy periods
