What You'll Do

• Provide advanced patient care in a busy ICU setting
• Monitor and respond to patient needs using Epic, Pyxis, Accudose, and Omnicell medication systems
• Communicate patient status efficiently using SBAR
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document accurately and adhere to all hospital protocols
• Float as needed across ICU units
• Follow hospital policies for shift reporting and documentation

What You Need
Required:

• Ohio Registered Nurse license
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• At least 2 years recent ICU experience (Surgical/Trauma/Burn/Transplant preferred)
• Ability to work night shift, weekends, and call when required

Preferred:

• Experience with Epic and medication systems (Pyxis, Accudose, Omnicell)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to float and adapt to unit needs
