Showroom Salesman (B2C & B2B)
Location: Mosney, NY (On-site)
Full-Time | Non-Exempt
Salary: 75k
Schedule: SundayFriday (one weekday off) | Friday: 9:00 AM4:00 PM
Position Overview
We are seeking a Sales Manager responsible for driving revenue growth across both B2C and B2B channels. This role manages the full sales cyclefrom initial inquiry through closingwhile delivering a strong client experience and working closely with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Management
- Manage the full sales process from lead to close
- Build and maintain relationships with trade partners and private clients
- Guide clients through product selection and purchasing decisions
- Present products and services in a clear and professional manner
- Maintain an organized and active sales pipeline
Business Development
- Identify and pursue new B2C and B2B opportunities
- Generate leads and expand the client base
- Drive consistent revenue growth through outreach and follow-up
Coordination & Pipeline Management
- Track leads and client activity in CRM systems
- Maintain consistent follow-ups to move deals forward
- Ensure clear communication between clients and internal teams
- Support coordination between sales and project execution
Qualifications
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Sales-driven, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
- Strong organization and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft 365
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Sales experience is a plus but not required
- Familiarity with AI tools is a plus
