Position Overview

CinemaTech is seeking a full-time Showroom Office Assistant to support daily operations within our Dania Beach showroom. This role reports directly to the Showroom Manager and plays an important part in maintaining the organization, presentation, and efficiency of the showroom and office environment.
The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the overall organization and presentation of the showroom
  • Organize and track material and finish samples
  • Coordinate and manage outgoing mailings and sample shipments
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
  • Assist with CRM management and client activity logging
  • Support reporting requests and administrative tasks
  • Assist with Executive Assistant responsibilities for company leadership
  • Order and maintain office and showroom supplies
  • Support the team with additional operational and administrative needs as required
