Showroom Customer Service Specialist (Bilingual Strongly Preferred)

Location: Tampa, FL 33634

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am- 4pm, Every other Saturday 9am-12pm or 10am-1pm

Pay: $20/HR

Overview

The Showroom Customer Service Specialist supports walk-in customers and online order fulfillment in a fast-paced retail distribution environment. This role ensures accurate order processing, friendly customer support, and quick issue resolution. Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Fulfill walk-in and online customer orders
• Enter sales orders from order entry to pick release
• Process orders accurately and on time for delivery cutoffs
• Print delivery notes for warehouse team
• Resolve customer issues professionally
• Troubleshoot order or service-related problems
• Assist with complex invoices and order entries
• Coordinate RMAs and scheduling
• Escalate credit holds and service issues when needed
• Work with Sales and Operations to ensure orders are fulfilled
• Review open orders and anticipate logistics challenges
• Reconcile daily paperwork

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Strong troubleshooting and conflict-resolution skills
• Accurate data entry and typing skills
• Clear verbal and written communication
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly
• High school diploma required; business coursework a plus
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
