This is more than a job. It is a launchpad. As a Showing Assistant, you will work directly alongside experienced sales agents, gain hands-on market knowledge, and build a foundation for a thriving real estate career, all while benefiting from world-class training, systems, and support.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Collaborate with sales agents to assist buyers in finding and evaluating homes
- Conduct property showings and deliver detailed written feedback to help clients refine their search
- Complete our New Agent Launch program to build your skills and confidence
- Participate in weekly script practice sessions and team training per team standards
- Attend Partner Calls
- Log all tasks and client activity using our team CRM and technology systems
- Engage in team meetings and activities according to GHT standards
