Responsibilities
- Show homes to buyers and deliver a great client experience
You’ll guide clients through property tours as a Showing Assistant, helping them feel confident in their options. This is important because your ability to create a positive, professional experience directly impacts client trust and conversion. - Coordinate and manage showing schedules efficiently
You’ll handle scheduling, confirmations, and logistics for property tours. Staying organized ensures no missed opportunities and keeps both clients and agents operating smoothly. - Communicate feedback and insights to the team
After each showing, you’ll share client reactions, preferences, and concerns. This helps the team refine the home search, adjust strategy, and move buyers closer to making strong offers. - Build and nurture relationships with active buyers
You’ll be a consistent point of contact during the home search process. Building rapport is key because strong relationships lead to higher conversion rates and repeat or referral business. - Utilize CRM systems to track clients and follow-ups
You’ll maintain accurate records, notes, and next steps in the CRM. This is essential for staying organized, improving responsiveness, and ensuring every lead is properly nurtured. - Support lead conversion and sales activities
