Responsibilities
- Coordinate and conduct property showings for prospective buyers and renters in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available listings, including features, pricing, and neighborhood information.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized property recommendations.
- Provide feedback to agents and clients following showings to support the sales process.
- Ensure properties are presented in optimal condition during showings, reporting any issues to the listing agent.
- Support the real estate team with administrative tasks related to property showings and client interactions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in real estate preferred
- Previous experience in real estate or customer service roles is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple showings in a timely manner
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Proficient with smartphones, email, and scheduling software
- Detail-oriented with a professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
- Knowledge of local real estate market and neighborhoods throughout the Treasure Valley is advantageous
