Responsibilities
This role is built for growth-minded agents who want real experience, strong mentorship, and a clear path to success in real estate.
- Launch your real estate career with confidence and clarity by graduating from PLACE New Agent Launch, a structured onboarding program designed to set you up for early wins.
- Learn directly from experienced, top-producing agents by working alongside sales agents to guide clients to homes and see what success looks like in real time.
- Become exceptional at understanding and serving buyers by providing detailed, written feedback that helps confirm or refine clients’ search criteria.
- Build strong negotiation and transaction skills by writing and negotiating offers on behalf of sales agents and their clients.
- Create consistent income opportunities by lead generating a minimum of 10 hours per week using proven systems that build a reliable pipeline.
- Convert more conversations into appointments and contracts by participating in weekly script practice aligned with team standards.
- Grow faster in a supportive, high-performance environment by participating in team activities that encourage collaboration, accountability, and momentum.
- Get personalized guidance and accountability to hit your goals by committing to weekly 1:1 coaching, weekly trainings, and Partner Calls.
- Run your business with structure and efficiency by tracking tasks and activities in PLACE Technology so nothing slips through the cracks.
