As a Showing Assistant, you'll work alongside experienced, top-producing agents while developing your skills in buyer consultations, home showings, client communication, and contract preparation. This is an incredible opportunity for a licensed Realtor who wants hands-on experience, consistent mentorship, and a clear path for long-term growth.

What You'll Do
  • Show homes to buyers throughout Central Kentucky
  • Build strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service
  • Assist lead agents throughout the home buying process
  • Gather feedback after showings and communicate with clients and team members
  • Stay knowledgeable about the local real estate market and available inventory
  • Help buyers confidently navigate one of the biggest decisions of their lives

Qualifications
  • Active Kentucky Real Estate License (required)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Professional, dependable, and highly motivated
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends as clients need
  • Desire to learn, grow, and build a long-term real estate career
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities
  • Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
  • Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
  • Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients' search criteria
  • Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
  • Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
  • Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
