Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and conduct property showings for prospective buyers and renters
  • Provide detailed information about properties, including features, amenities, and neighborhood insights
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and real estate agents
  • Assist in preparing properties for showings, ensuring they are clean and presentable
  • Collect feedback from clients after showings and communicate it to the listing agents
  • Maintain accurate records of showings and client interactions
  • Support the Cary Team Realty agents with administrative tasks as needed during the showing process

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in real estate or related fields is a plus
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Strong knowledge of the Lafayette, USA real estate market and local neighborhoods
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Proficient in using smartphones, GPS, and real estate showing software
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Previous experience in real estate, customer service, or a related field preferred
  • Ability to handle multiple showings and appointments efficiently
  • Commitment to providing exceptional client service and support
