Responsibilities

• Launch with a Real Plan — Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch and begin with a structured onboarding experience built around the exact activities that lead to closings.
• Learn in the Field with Top Agents — Work side-by-side with experienced agents, help clients find the right home, and learn proven showing and conversion systems in real time.
• Guide Clients with Confidence — Learn how to refine a client’s home search, communicate like a pro, and build the kind of trust that creates loyalty and referrals.
• Write Strong Offers and Negotiate Smart — We’ll teach you how to write competitive offers, negotiate effectively, and protect both your clients and your paycheck.
• Generate Leads Consistently — Commit to 10+ hours a week of lead generation using a proven plan designed to keep your pipeline active and your business moving.
• Train Every Week to Keep Getting Better — Join script practice and team training that sharpens your skills, builds confidence, and improves conversion.
• Get Coaching That Moves You Forward — Participate in weekly 1:1 sessions, group training, and Partner Calls designed to help you move from learning to earning.
