QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in a bar, diner, or short‑order kitchen preferred

  • Ability to lift 30–40 lbs and stand for long periods
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Prepare and cook menu items quickly and accurately
  • Work the grill, fryer, and prep as needed
  • Keep the kitchen clean, stocked, and organized
  • Follow food safety and sanitation standards
  • Communicate with bartenders and servers to keep service smooth
  • Assist with prep work, restocking, and closing duties
  • Maintain a positive, team‑focused attitude — even on busy nights
