Your Next Pour: The Opportunity
We are looking to add an Assistant Manager of Shopper Marketing to support our North America Business Unit team. This role will be responsible executing integrated best in class Shopper Marketing campaigns (including retailer customer overlays) for the full portfolio of Tropicana brands.
Tropicana is looking for a motivated, critical thinker with exceptional communication, influencing and relationship management skills who thrives in a fast-paced CPG environment. Responsibilities include:
Lead the execution of Shopper Marketing programs across all brands in the Tropicana portfolio. This includes:
Managing creative execution across all Shopper Marketing programs from start to finish
Working with Retail Media Networks on execution of programs
Managing relationships with multiple agencies
Managing timelines across simultaneous projects
Work with cross-functional team members internally at TBG to ensure we are executing programs in a timely manner, including brand, sales, & legal
Own the development and creation of Shopper Marketing toolkits and sell sheets, including the Shopper Marketing strategy, core look translation, media framework and Brand guardrails for activation
Have a deep understanding of all TBG brands and creative guidelines by brand
Support full Shopper Marketing team with day-to-day management of programs, status meetings, presentations, and more
Management of budgets, invoicing and forecasting as needed, with strong experience in excel
Lead and complete one-off creative request for Trade needs
The Perfect Blend: Experience
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a shopper marketing role (preferred), advertising, or another relevant field. CPG experience is a plus!
Experience owning and executing creative for marketing programs
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and deliver high-quality work on time.
Insights-led thinker – deeply understands how the shopper thinks in order to develop winning shopper campaigns for the retail environment
Excellent attention to detail and appreciates the importance of brand consistency throughout the consumer communication journey
Experience working with creative agencies
General knowledge of retail media networks and ways of working with retailers is a plus
Strong business acumen, able to work in a fast-paced environment
An aptitude for dealing with ambiguity and ability to bring clarity to complex situations
Ability to collect and provide feedback clear and concise feedback
Passionate about learning and growing
Foundational Ingredients: Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future
Must be located in the Chicago, IL surrounding area or willing to relocate for the duration of employment
Willingness to adapt and thrive in a blended work environment with 3-days in office, seamlessly transitioning between remote work and in-office operations

The salary range for this position is {$60,000.00 - $80,000.00 annually}
