Seeking an experienced Shop Technician to perform service activities in the main shop for heavy equipment and fleet maintenance.
Essential duties include analyzing and diagnosing equipment malfunctions, repairing and rebuilding engines, transmissions, hydraulic and electrical systems, and conducting pre-delivery setup.
Candidate must communicate effectively, document work accurately, follow safety procedures, and operate vehicles as needed.
Qualifications include an Associate's Degree in Diesel Technology or related field plus at least three years of relevant experience, or equivalent education and experience.
Must maintain punctuality and be willing to work overtime; a background check and drug screen are required.
