Wildcat Oil Tools Now Hiring: Through-Tubing Shop Technician Location: Midland, Texas Wildcat Oil Tools is seeking an experienced Through-Tubing Shop Technician to join our team. We are looking for a motivated individual with a strong mechanical background and hands-on experience working with through-tubing tools. Fishing and rental tool experience is also highly preferred. The successful candidate will take pride in producing quality work, maintaining safe work practices, and ensuring equipment is field-ready for our customers. Responsibilities

Inspect, repair, redress, assemble, and pressure test through-tubing tools. Prepare fishing and rental equipment for customer jobs. Inspect returned tools and identify repair requirements. Maintain accurate repair, inspection, and inventory records. Perform routine maintenance on shop equipment and tooling. Operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and other shop equipment safely. Work closely with dispatch and field personnel to ensure equipment is ready on time. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all company safety policies and quality standards.

Preferred Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of through-tubing shop experience. Experience with oilfield fishing and rental tools is strongly preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Ability to read repair procedures, assembly drawings, and technical documentation. Experience operating forklifts and overhead cranes. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in a physically demanding shop environment. Valid drivers license with a clean driving record. Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
