We are seeking a full-time Shop Supervisor in Perris, CA, to lead daily shop operations for a fleet of refuse and heavy-duty trucks.
Position involves supervising shop personnel, scheduling repairs, managing work orders and inventory, enforcing safety standards, and coordinating with operations to minimize equipment downtime.
Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of heavy-duty truck maintenance experience, supervisory skills, and knowledge of CNG, brake, hydraulic, and electrical systems. Bilingual Spanish and industry experience are a plus.
