As a Shop Supervisor, you will supervise and coordinate activities for setting up, installing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles, machinery, and equipment. Additionally, you will maintain supply inventory, delegate tasks to shop employees, and handle administrative duties. This position is driven by the size of the shop and the annual budget being managed. Critical for success is the ability to speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listen and get clarification; respond well to questions.

What it takes:
5+ years of related experience and/or training
Associate's Degree in a related field from 2-year college or technical school (desired)
Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and current Federal Medical Card (desired)
Must possess a valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven and an acceptable driving record as determined by the Michels Review Team
