In this role you will:

  • Demonstrate proficiency with procedures and workflow for the Gateway Shop Summary Module
  • Verify the equipment picked and unboxed for each order is accurate and complete
  • Fully assemble and test equipment following established GFC Setup Standards
  • Maintain a high level of technical training and expertise
  • Perform troubleshooting on machines exhibiting problems during set-up
  • Communicate set-up problems with all appropriate parties on a timely basis
  • Certify all out of box equipment is in good condition prior to distribution and/or delivery
  • Reconfigure equipment as needed
  • Accurately complete administrative tasks related to shop setup, including but not limited to call creation, dispatch, arrival and close out of service calls
  • Perform cleaning and checks on a variety of equipment
  • Assist Logistics Department administrative associates as requested
  • Perform basic in-house copier and printer maintenance

You should have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Good mechanical/technical skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and other software as needed
  • Working knowledge of computer networking
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Available to work overtime with little to no advance notice
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and push equipment weighing 200lbs+ on wheels

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Post high school technical training or equivalent experience
  • Advanced knowledge of computer networking and connectivity
