This role is ideal for someone who understands warehouse logistics, construction tools, equipment readiness, and operational efficiency—and who takes pride in keeping a shop running safely, smoothly, and at a high level.
If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where organization, accountability, and leadership matter, this could be a strong fit.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Oversee daily receiving, warehousing, inventory flow, and distribution operations
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused shop environment
Track inbound and outbound shipments with accurate documentation
Stage tools, materials, and equipment for daily field or jobsite needs
Package outgoing shipments, generate labels, and coordinate freight or vendor pickups
Safely unload and organize deliveries
Build strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and delivery partners
Ensure tools, equipment, and warehouse systems are properly maintained and operational
Manage preventative maintenance and repair schedules for tools, specialty equipment, and safety gear
Coordinate with office staff on inventory records, repairs, and operational costs
Perform functional testing on specialty and power tools to ensure readiness and compliance
What They’re Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent required (technical training is a plus)
5+ years of experience working with construction tools, warehouse operations, or equipment management
Strong knowledge of construction tools, maintenance practices, and shop safety standards
Previous warehouse, shop, or operations leadership experience preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and accountability
