Job Summary:

We are seeking a Shop Operations Manager to join our team at our Omaha, Nebraska location. This position is responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on semi-trucks and heavy equipment. This is a 2nd shift position, typically working the hours of 3:00pm-11:30pm (half hour lunch). Overtime opportunities may be available based on the business needs of the shop.

Shop Operations Manager Duties:

Prepares work orders
Manages asset maintenance
Coordinates shop duties and third-party vendor repairs
Assists mechanics with services and repairs
Supervises mechanics
Provides training and development to mechanics
Other duties as assigned

Position Requirements:

Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Solid computer skills
Truck maintenance and mechanical knowledge
Ability to perform essential functions of maintenance, service, and repairs on trucks
High level of accuracy
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently
