Salary Range: $85,000 - $130,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production schedules and resource allocation.
• Implement and monitor quality control processes to ensure product standards.
• Manage and mentor shop floor personnel, including performance reviews and training.
• Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and waste minimization.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Coordinate with supply chain and logistics to ensure timely material flow and product delivery.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports on production metrics.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• 3+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and quality control standards
• Experience with inventory management and production scheduling
• Technical proficiency with manufacturing equipment and processes
