The Mission: Shop Manager
As Shop Manager, you are the heartbeat of our production. You’ll be the critical link between high-level design and cabinetry going out the door, ensuring every piece of residential cabinetry that leaves our doors is a masterpiece of craftsmanship.
Leading the Team
- Inspire & Direct: You’ll lead a skilled crew of CNC operators, foremen, and carpenters, fostering a high-energy environment where everyone knows their goal and hits their stride.
- Streamlined Management: You’ll use Jobman to manage the production process from start to finish and track task completion in real-time.
Mastery of the Floor
- Showroom Excellence: You, too, will take pride in our space! You’ll maintain a "showroom-ready" shop where organization and safety are the foundation of the daily rhythm.
- The "White Glove" Standard: You will serve as the final guardian of quality, performing rigorous inspections to ensure every joint and finish meets the company’s premium benchmarks before it hits the road.
Tech-Forward Production
- Digital to Physical: You’ll dive into Sketchup and Mozaik, reviewing drawings to catch potential hitches before a single blade touches wood.
- Own the Export: Take total command of the Mozaik process, generating G-code and cut-lists that set the floor team up for a seamless, error-free win.
Logistics & Collaboration
- Proactive Problem Solving: You’ll work hand-in-hand with the Operations Manager to sequence jobs for maximum efficiency and head off roadblocks before they become delays.
- Inventory & Intake: Keep the engine humming by managing stock levels and ensuring all incoming materials are pristine and organized for the next big project.

- Experienced Leader: You’ll have at least 5 years of experience in a high-end shop environment with a proven track record of managing teams and complex projects.
