SHOP HELPER ENTRY-LEVEL MECHANICAL
Location: Spring, TX
Pay: $16.00 per hour

We are hiring two dependable Shop Helpers to support Mechanical Technicians with equipment cleaning, preparation, and general shop duties. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in beginning a career in industrial or mechanical work while gaining hands-on experience.
Responsibilities:
" Assist technicians with the disassembly and assembly of equipment
" Clean heat exchanger plates, mechanical parts, and shop equipment
" Prepare materials, tools, and workstations
" Perform basic grinding, wire brushing, and parts washing
" Move equipment and parts throughout the shop
" Help load and unload trucks
" Organize materials, parts, and inventory
" Maintain a clean and safe work area
" Perform other general shop duties as assigned
Qualifications:
" At least six months of warehouse, shop, construction, or general labor experience preferred
" Mechanical interest and willingness to learn
" Comfortable using basic hand and power tools
" Comfortable working in an industrial shop environment
" Forklift experience is a plus
" Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
" Able to lift more than (50 lb)
" Able to stand, bend, and work on your feet throughout the shift
