Location: Eastland, TX

Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour

Shift: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM

• Reliable, punctual, and dependable with a strong work ethic
• Positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and attention to detail
• Previous warehouse, production, or manufacturing experience is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to maintain consistent attendance and productivity standards

Responsibilities:

• Perform general workshop and production support duties
• Measure and cut parts to required specifications using a tape measure
• Handle and move materials safely throughout the work area
• Assist with fabrication, assembly, and other shop-related tasks as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE, including steel toe boots
• Support daily production goals and complete assigned tasks efficiently
