Shift: 1st Shift (5: 00 AM 3: 30 PM)

Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping Technician to support production and distribution operations for infrastructure and agricultural products. This role plays a key part in ensuring materials are accurately stored, processed and shipped to meet customer expectations and production goals.
Key Responsibilities
Store, pick, pack and scan outgoing orders accurately
Prepare materials for shipment and ensure proper handling
Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records
Follow all company policies, procedures and safety standards
Operate within a clean, organized and safe work environment
Support overall efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Must be 18 years of age or older
1 year of warehouse experience preferred
Forklift and/or crane experience preferred (certification provided on the job)
CDL is a plus
Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, fractions & decimals)
Ability to follow written, verbal and diagram instructions
Must be able to communicate in English
Physical & Safety Requirements
Must be able to wear required PPE including:
Metguard boots
Protective eyewear
Hard hats
Gloves
Ear protection
Ability to work in a warehouse environment and perform physical tasks safely and efficiently
