This role involves coordinating with multiple departments, scheduling inspections, interfacing with customer portals, and maintaining meticulous documentation to ensure compliance with industry and customer standards. The position also includes receiving materials, recording transactions for traceability, performing cycle counts, and supporting inventory management processes. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Ensures outgoing shipments meet all customer requirements, including product, shipping, and documentationEnsures products in the shipping area are shipped according to customer delivery date requirementsSchedules and interfaces with customer and government source inspectors, as applicableInterfaces with various customer portals to schedule and/or record shipmentsInterfaces with transportation providers, on the customer's and company's behalfAbility to analyze and resolve customer purchase order or documentation issuesEarn and maintain receiving stamps and become a backup for that roleInspect and receive all shipments, including parts, wire, cables, etc.Enter parts/supplies received into SyteLine and maintain receiving recordsOccasional local pickup and delivery may be requiredRecord all transactions for traceabilityPerform cycle countsRemit Kanban cards to Purchasing departmentPerform transfers for CFM materialsProcess MRR's and move materials to MRBPerform other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma or GED requiredShipping/receiving experience strongly preferredValid Kansas Drivers LicenseBasic math skillsStrong attention to detailStrong documentation skillsStrong computer skills, including Microsoft Windows and MS Office ApplicationsAble to lift 30 lbs.To conform to U.S. export control regulations, applicant should be eligible for any required authorizations from the U.S. Government.Have clear vision at 20 inches or less (with or without the use of personal corrective eyewear or a company-provided magnifying glass) in addition to color vision to identify and distinguish colors.
