Shipping/Receiving/Inspection Associate

Shipping/Receiving/Inspection Associate – $18-$20 DOE

Our client is hiring a Shipping/Receiving/Inspection Associate for their team in the Conroe area! They are looking for a detail-oriented team member to handle shipping, receiving, and inspection duties in a warehouse/manufacturing setting. This role is great for someone comfortable with basic computer work, data entry, and hands-on quality checks.

Responsibilities

Receiving/Inspection

• Verify accuracy of incoming shipments against packing slips and purchase orders
• Perform initial inspection of parts/materials per specifications, drawings, or documents (training provided)
• Use tape measures or other dimensional instruments for inspection as needed (training provided)
• Update ERP system to receive and accurately label product (training provided)

Shipping

• Determine finished goods ready for shipment and coordinate with warehouse staff to pull and package parts
• Ensure outgoing shipments are properly wrapped, strapped, labeled, and staged for pickup
• Complete required paperwork and documentation for outgoing shipments
• Schedule shipments with designated freight companies

Skills & Qualifications

• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Windows
• Comfortable with ERP systems and data entry
• Experience with measuring instruments preferred
• Pallet jack experience preferred
• Warehouse/forklift experience a plus, but not required
